Tai Chi Classes are held the second and fourth of each month at the Library under the direction of Jeremy Hill of Anytime Fitness. All ages and abilities are welcome. Class begins at 10 am on the Library lawn. Email firstname.lastname@example.org to be added to the reminder list. First time attendees will be asked to sign a waiver. A PA Health Literacy Program helping improve the physical, mental and emotional health of PA residents of all ages.
