Online Newspapers

e-newspapers

Besides the physical newspapers received at the library itself (Butler Eagle, Wall St. Journal, etc.), Zelienople Area Public Library (ZAPL) also has access to many well-read news outlets online. Recently added to our available online resources is the Wall Street Street Journal.

Wall Street Journal Online Access:

From the Power Library, ZAPL receives access to the databases for the AP Newsroom and to Gale General OneFile. Gale’s OneFile is particularly nice because it includes full text articles from major newspapers across the United States and around the world, including Pittsburgh.

A note of caution however, not every newspaper from OneFile is held to the current date, one notable example of this is the Pittsburgh Post-Gazette which does not supply issues from the past three years.
