Night of Music! Virtually!

The Zaffiro Trio will be performing for our community members via a live virtual event on the evening of Thursday August 27 at 7 pm.  This event, which is part of the 2020 Zelienople Library Presents Speaker Series will be streamed live via the zoom meeting platform.  Setting up zoom on our home computer or tablet is easy to do!  There is no cost to download zoom–simply go to zoom.us.  If you are not comfortable setting up zoom meeting on your home PC or tablet, you can call the Library for instructions on how to do this, or the Library will also be offering the opportunity for 10 ticket holders to view the live streaming event in the Library’s Community Meeting Room, which will allow for appropriate social distancing.  The trio consists of a pianist, clarinetist and cellist, all classically trained..  They will be joined by a composer.  In addition to a performance, they will also discuss their education, work experience, and influences.  Note:  If you already purchased a ticket for this event and plan to attend, please contact the Library to let us know you plan to attend the live stream event via zoom on your home PC or tablet, or at the Library.  If you don’t a have a ticket already, tickets can be purchased on eventbrite or by calling the Library.  Adults $8.00, children 14 and under $3.00, and there are 5 free tickets for the first 5 SVSD students who contact the Library.  The Zelienople Library Presents Speaker Series is a fundraiser for the Zelienople Area Public Library.  724/452-9330.
